Terms of service
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between us (Cobrend Naturals – Sole Proprietorship, owner: Chigozie Brendan Omeje) and you as a consumer via the website cbnaturals.de.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly outside his or her trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).
Contract partner & conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Cobrend Naturals – Sole Proprietorship, owner: Chigozie Brendan Omeje, Panoramastraße 6, 69168 Wiesloch, Germany.
The presentation of products on our website is not a legally binding offer but a nonbinding online catalogue. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by shipping the goods.
Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address you specify within Germany and to the countries listed in the shop.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2–5 working days.
Payment methods
You can pay by bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal, credit card or the payment service providers offered in the order process.
If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply to our goods.
Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, limb or health.
In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is
limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before
a consumer arbitration board.
Final provisions
German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
